By installing or using Prompt Mint ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Prompt Mint on devices you own or control, for personal or commercial work. You may use the prompts and workflows included in the App for any lawful purpose, including paid client work.

You may not:

Redistribute the bundled prompt library as your own product or service.
Sell, sublicense, or rent the App or any substantial portion of its content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as expressly permitted by law.
Remove or alter copyright notices or attribution.

2. Independent app — not affiliated with Anthropic

Prompt Mint is an independent application. It is not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic PBC and is used here nominatively to describe interoperability with the official Claude app.

3. Output disclaimer

The App provides prompt templates. The output you receive after running a prompt in the Claude app is generated by an AI model operated by a third party. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before using it in any decision, communication, or work product.

4. User responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for any prompts, text, images, code, or other content you copy, import, generate, share, or publish through or in connection with Prompt Mint, including:

Compliance with applicable law (intellectual property, privacy, defamation, etc.).
Compliance with the terms of any third-party AI service (such as Claude) you use the content with.
The accuracy and consequences of content you generate or rely on.

We make no warranty regarding content you generate. You indemnify us against any claim arising from your use of generated content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Prompt Mint, or any prompts you obtain from it, to:

Create unlawful content, including content that infringes a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Generate harmful, deceptive, or harassing material.
Circumvent any safety or content-moderation system of the Claude service.
Impersonate any person or entity in a way that misleads others.

6. Account and sync

If you sign in with Apple, your Apple ID identifier is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. Your favorites and history sync via your private iCloud database. We have no access to your account contents.

You are responsible for the security of the device and Apple ID you use to access the App.

7. Purchases, subscriptions, and pricing

Prompt Mint is free to download and lets you open a limited number of prompts at no charge. Unlimited access to the full prompt library is available through optional in-app purchases:

Lifetime Access — a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks all prompts permanently.
Weekly Premium — an auto-renewable subscription billed weekly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically each week unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase. All payments, refunds, and family-sharing are handled by Apple under its standard policies; we never see or store your payment details. Restore Purchases (in the paywall and in Settings → Premium) re-validates a prior purchase on a new device.

8. Updates

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix issues, or improve compatibility. Updates may change features, performance, and these Terms. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid through the App in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US $20.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that place.
